Meet Dave Carver
Dave Carver brings more than 20 years of experience in sports management, tournament operations and event promotion. His background includes overseeing NCAA Division I events at Old Dominion University, managing NCAA championship tournaments, and directing regional, state and national competitions in Loudoun County. He has led USA Softball Eastern Nationals events recognized with the James Farrell Award of Excellence and managed multiple social media campaigns for sporting events and tournaments. His marketing approach combines targeted messaging, promotional graphics and coordinated content to build awareness, engage teams and families, and support registration and attendance. With experience in sports tourism and partnerships with leagues and sports organizations, Dave understands how to connect events with their audiences. He also serves on Frostburg State University’s Recreation and Sports Management Academic Advisory Board.
